All trapping services comply with local, state, and Texas Parks and Wildlife Department regulations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and successful wildlife removal process, clients agree to:

• Provide our technicians clear and safe access to the property, attic, crawlspaces, or roofs.
• Adhere strictly to technician instructions regarding trap maintenance (e.g., not tampering with, moving, or releasing animals from set traps).
• Take recommended preventative measures to eliminate wildlife attractants, such as securing outdoor garbage cans, removing outdoor pet food, and addressing standing water.

3. Property Inspection & Risk Clearances

Wildlife inspections are comprehensive and cover interior spaces, exteriors, roofs, and crawlspaces. Animal Control-Wildlife, Inc. is not liable for pre-existing structural damage, hidden biological hazards, or damages sustained while attempting to access heavily infested areas. Technicians will always notify homeowners of observed issues before initiating additional work.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes arising out of services provided will be handled in the jurisdiction governing our primary Galveston and Houston regional operations.
